Please include your name, your best contact number, your driving instructor's name and a brief description of your complaint and a member of staff will contact you as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving any complaints.
If your complaint is regarding your test preparation please tell us in advance, not after your test, so we can help you. This gives you and us the best possible chance of passing your test first time.
Please understand that every instructor has their own way of teaching. If you have decided to seek a second opinion from another driving school and they disagree with our instructor’s teaching methods, it doesn’t always mean your new school is right.
If you have any issues regarding your lessons, then please speak to your instructor first or alternatively contact us on one of the channels above. We are always on hand to help in any way we can.
If you are not a Loop Drive School learner but wish to raise a complaint about one of our instructors, the team will ask you for some information, such as the car registration plate number, to help us identify the instructor in question.
The details and nature of all complaints are noted and raised internally for review. If the complaint requires further investigation, the team will aim to get back in touch with you with an update or outcome within 7 days.
Should you not be satisfied with the proposed resolution given to you by Loop Drive School, we will provide you with the contact details for the relevant external body for you to escalate your complaint to if appropriate. We may provide you with a form of compensation in exceptional circumstances at our absolute discretion.
Any complaints are to be dealt with in accordance with the ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) Code of Practice.
